Data Engineer – Python – Global Macro Fund – Up to £85k base + 30%-50% bonus

A London based, Quant focused Global Macro Fund with an excellent track record is actively looking to hire a Junior Python Data Engineer to join their small but experienced engineering team.

As a Data Engineer, you will report directly to the CTO and be involved in a wide range of projects such as the development of their data platform, backtesting environment and post-trade applications and get exposure across the business working closely with Quants and Traders.

You must be a self-starter and have a strong interest in finance.

Requirements:

• Great knowledge of Python
• Experience using Pandas, Numpy & Scikit-learn
• Previous experience building data visualisation dashboards
• BSc/MSc in a technical discipline
