Like NASDAQ they are building upon cryptographic protocols.  Being funded directly from Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund + Middle Eastern exchanges. They have fully collateralised trading & instant settlement (no other exchange in the world offers this) because the CEO created a programming language from scratch to facilitate this.

Requirements:

• Strong coding experience, ideally in Python
• STEM Degree from a Top University.
• Strong communication skills
