Java Engineer

This well-backed FinTech working with over 50 of the top financial firms, offering a highly sophisticated software package (SaaS) that is at the cutting edge of cloud-based services. This is a small company where every individual is expected to take ownership of projects and add value to the company.

Role:

It will be your job to engineer the foundations of the services, incorporating AWS based infrastructure to support calculation libraries and providing the functionality expected from clients. 

Requirements:

• Solid Java knowledge with an understanding of Java foundations, memory models, common frameworks and APIs.
• A competent background in computer science
• Familiarity with the financial industry and trade lifecycle
• Good analytical problem-solving skills
