The Role:

Working closely with the entire team this role will require you to provide technical client support whilst managing enquires and dealing with them efficiently and effectively. In addition to this, you are expected to provide appropriate technical and non-technical solutions to client queries and proactively create and drive impactful changes to workflow, policies and tools.

Requirements:

• Background in financial trading systems and software
• Front-to-back trading systems exposure
• Trading Operations experience
• Experiencing supporting customers with technical and product issues
• Awareness for blockchain and cryptocurrency
• Experience in creating new client support processes
