User Interface (UI) Developer

One of the top hedge funds in the world is looking for a UI developer to join their tech team that is looking to accelerate the development of their career, whilst working on the fund’s web investment platform.

The role:

• Build scalable, high quality and performant web applications
• Develop solutions to enable investment professionals to trade, research, and monitor using real-time internal and external data
• Visualise financial data to allow these professionals to improve decision-making, improve research processes, and discover new insights
• Identify opportunities to enhance the platform
• Partner with traders, quants, data scientists, and analysts in order to develop and deploy solutions for questions

Beneficial to have:

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience
• Data visualisation framework knowledge
• Experience with React, Angular, Redux etc.
• UI experience
• Javascript or Typescript experience
• HTML5 proficiency
