Enterprise Account Executive – AI Tech – £120k + huge bonus/equity – London

Durlston Partners is working with an exciting AI Tech firm that is hiring a Enterprise Account Executive to lead onboarding and rollout of their AI platform for FTSE 100 clients. You’ll ensure smooth implementation, early adoption, and clear value delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding.
  • Run discovery and define deployment plans.
  • Build relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear internal requirements.
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions.
  • Identify risks and resolve deployment blockers.
  • Relay client insights to product and GTM teams.

Experience

  • Direct experience onboarding or deploying solutions into FTSE 100 or similar enterprises.
  • Background in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, or Implementation.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable navigating technical and commercial discussions.
  • Experience in high-growth tech environments.
