Our recent #WomenattheTable event was a resounding success! A huge thank you to our fantastic speakers who provided valuable insights and inspiration. Here’s a recap of their contributions:

🌟 Hana Makhlouf (Bank of America) discussed lessons learned and offered advice for newcomers in the industry, focusing on documentation, self-advocacy, mentorship, and workplace boundaries.
🌟 Riddhi Kasliwal (Spotify) shared her journey and insights, from getting into CompSci to transitioning from IB to HF to Tech, and managing relocation.
🌟 Armine T. (Citadel Securities) provided lessons learned from interviewing and delved into the art of acing it, emphasising both technical skills and company culture fit.
🌟 Ritu Vyas (J.P. Morgan Asset Management) explored navigating overseas moves, cultural transitions, and upskilling after career breaks, drawing from her experience working across different countries and industries.
🌟 Emily Atkinson (Arkiter) discussed the role of AI in combating gender bias in technical interviews and shared insights on female entrepreneurship.

The event was a massive success, with 150 women registered and over 100 in attendance.
