Our New York office, located just north of Midtown, delivers talent advisory services to our extensive roster of US clients. The team also works closely with high-performing professionals to help them progress their careers and become part of sector-leading teams.

Durlston Partners’ New York office is led by Peter Malone, Co-Head of US Technology Recruitment. Peter is a highly experienced professional with a strong track-record providing talent advisory and delivery, with a particular specialism in the fintech sector. Before joining Durlston Partners, Peter was a Principal Technology Consultant at financial recruitment agency Selby Jennings. Peter works alongside Xander Oliver, Co-Head of US Technology Recruitment and a member of the Durlston Partners’ team since 2019. Xander has an in-depth knowledge of technology and finance which he leverages to support our clients across these two specialist sectors.

We are looking to hire Senior/Principal Technology Recruiters who can deliver Durlston Partners’ high standards of work, display our ethos and professionalism and are interested in working alongside our Co-Heads of US Technology Recruitment to grow our New York office.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a key point of contact for our Hedge-fund, prop-trading and banking clients across America
  • Actively lead delivery to current US clients (efficiently sourcing relevant local talent to fill business needs)
  • On-board new clients within the financial space through networking and Business Development
