What will this look like?

• Automating liquidity provision for Options
• Directing Delta, Theta, Gamma and Vega as if they’re an orchestra, playing in harmony to make you (and the company) money
• Spotting hidden patterns and having the freedom to act on your convictions with discretionary trading

What do they need from you?

• An obsessive understanding of Options
• Proven experience market-making in options (equity, index, FX, rates)
• A strong understanding of quant trading models, balanced with gut-feel intuition
• Business fluency of Mandarin
