As a C++ Developer, or Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and optimizing our low-latency trading systems to execute trades with lightning speed.

For the Lead role, we are looking for someone with strong soft skills / management experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop high-performance, low-latency trading algorithms and infrastructure using C++.
Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to implement and test trading strategies.
Optimize code and algorithms for maximum speed and efficiency, minimizing latency and slippage.
Design and implement real-time data processing and analysis systems to handle large volumes of market data.
Monitor and maintain trading systems, ensuring stability and reliability in a fast-paced trading environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong proficiency in C++ programming language, with experience in low-latency, high-throughput systems.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and multi-threaded programming.
Familiarity with Linux operating system and network protocols.
Experience in the financial industry or HFT
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
