We’re working in an exclusive partnership with a well-funded Crypto Market Maker Startup who is seeking a skilled and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their dynamic Engineering team of 5, with plans to expand the team 5-fold in the next 12 months.

Ideally the successful candidate will have:

– Expert in High-Frequency Trading (HFT) with a track record of designing and implementing successful HFT trading strategies and algorithms. Your expertise should include a deep understanding of microstructure, liquidity dynamics, trading platform nuances, and latency profiles.

– Hands-on, requiring a demonstrated ability to code and develop robust, scalable, and low-latency trading systems from the ground up.

– Proficiency in C++, Rust, or Java is essential.
