We are working with a leading global alternative investment management firm, dedicated to delivering superior returns for our clients through innovative investment strategies. As they continue to expand their data-driven approach to investing, they are seeking a talented Data Quant Developer to join.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with quantitative research and investment teams to develop and implement data-driven investment strategies across a range of asset classes.
• Utilize your expertise in quantitative analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning to extract insights from large datasets and enhance our investment process.
• Design and build robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support the collection, processing, and analysis of diverse datasets from various sources.
• Work closely with technology teams to integrate quantitative models into our trading systems and optimize their performance in real-time trading environments.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and alternative data sources to identify new opportunities and enhance our competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in building and deploying quantitative models and algorithms.
• Design, build, and maintain resilient ETL pipelines and workflows
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, time series analysis, and machine learning techniques, with hands-on experience applying them to real-world problems.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets, relational databases, and cloud-based computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
