In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a proprietary trading platform, which serves as the backbone of their investment strategies.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications and services for our trading platform.
Collaborate with quantitative researchers, traders, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Optimize platform performance and scalability to support high-frequency trading and large volumes of data.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the platform.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language, with experience in building distributed systems and multithreaded applications.
Knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts is a plus.
Experience with messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
